Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online card payments (Visa & Mastercard via Paymob) and Apple Pay. We're working on adding more options soon.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Currently we don't offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout.

Is online payment safe?

Yes — all transactions are secured and processed through Paymob, one of Egypt's leading payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our end.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us ASAP at snoooze.more@gmail.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver all over Egypt?

Yes! We ship to all Egyptian governorates. Delivery times range from 1–6 business days depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Cairo & Giza: 1–2 days | Delta & Alex: 2–3 days | Upper Egypt: 3–5 days | Remote areas: 4–6 days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email.

Sizing & Product

What sizes do you carry?

We currently carry M, L, XL, and 2XL. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

What fabric are your products made from?

All Snooze More pieces are made from 100% premium cotton — soft, breathable, and designed for all-night comfort.

I'm between sizes — what should I do?

We always recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. If you're still unsure, DM us on Instagram and we'll help you out personally.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. See our full Returns Policy.
