We want you to love every Snooze More piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β no questions asked. π
How to Request a Return
- Email us at snoooze.more@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item is defective)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3β5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or Instapay.
