Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The item is in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β€” no questions asked. πŸ‰

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at snoooze.more@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item is defective)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or Instapay.
