Refund policy

Order Cancellation — Cancel free of charge any time before shipment via WhatsApp or our contact page.

Returns — Accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds — Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Paymob orders refunded to original payment method; COD orders refunded via bank transfer/Instapay.
